How It All Started
Playmakers Community started with a simple idea: football should be for everyone.
A group of football lovers and volunteers saw how many children wanted to play but couldn't afford academy fees. Instead of watching talented kids miss out, they decided to create a community where every child could step onto the field and develop their potential.
What began as a small weekly training session is growing into a movement built on kindness, opportunity, and the power of sport to bring people together.
"To become a trusted community football program that helps children discover their potential and proves that opportunity should never depend on a family's income."
Volunteers noticed talented children being shut out of football due to cost. They decided to act.
Small weekly training sessions began, open to any child regardless of background or ability.
Little Kickers and Future Playmakers were established with structured coaching programs.
What started small is growing into a movement. The vision: football for every child.
